The Customer is already getting a new hardrive. I just need to know how to replace hard drive. It doesn't seem that bad. I saw some videos on youtube.

Removing the hard drive is not hard at all .

Step 1 : Shut down the laptop
Step 2 : Remove the battery
Step 3 : Locate the hard drive bay
Step 4 : Loosen the screw remove the cover
Step 5 : Pull the hard drive to the left using the plastic on top
Step 6 : Remove hard drive from its cage (4 screws )
