Windows gets Stuck on Startup

Hey Everyone,

I just installed a new heat sink into my system and when I started it up for the first time it gets stuck on the "Windows is Loading" screen. It won't boot in startup repair mode. I have tried safe mode and that works. What could my problem be?

What are your temps looking like in bios?
