My windows 7 is hanging for about 2 minutes on start up when it normally takes 30 seconds (SSD)
I have tried boot racer that just stops as soon as windows logs in and finds no error.
I have attached a screenshot of this issue.
This has been happening for about a month now and is becoming really annoying. I have tried a defrag on all drives and that hasn't worked.
I THINK it might be due to network load balancing I enabled a few months ago as you can see in the screenshot the network icon spins around for a few minutes. though I can't remember how to disable network load balancing.
Its not a virus and its not my start up programs as I have disabled them all.
