Yup,

got that message from my Windows, it said something that it had detected that my computer has become very slow so that is struggling to run the Aero theme and that I would have to change to basic.

Is this a message from the heavens to start thinking about a processor upgrade?

I have 12gigs of ram so it can't be that..

You could also check your WEI score to see if it shows anything that might cause a problem.

Well actually now that I think about it, the message has only occured when I've been playing game and it just might be that the game and aero is too much but this is just a thought.
