Hey guys, i have set my email signature with a HTML file that displays a logo from a remote URL. I have since changed this logo but kept the URL the same, the HTML signature will not update to the new logo and is still displaying the old logo. Is this cached somewhere? If so, where can i update the cache or at least clear it?

Many thanks in advance

Eddy

I'd try Options/Signature/New/File/Browse (essentially setting it up again).

Hi,

I have a similar problem that is annoying the hell out of me. I setup 4 different email accounts and through the advanced options selection allocated a specific signature to each account. But when I try create a new email no matter what account I select to originate the email from the same signature pops up, and its not even the one selected as the default?

If I open the saved html signature file, its perfect but how do I get WLM to match the correct file with the right email account - other than the advanced options selection because that's done?

Anyone able to help met out here?

Are you sure you remembered to hit "apply" and "ok" after making any changes? Also, the way I got it to work after properly setting it up, was to click on an account before hitting the "new" button in the upper left corner of the main window. Seems to be working properly for replies to mail messages in different accounts, and the default signature is used on accounts not assigned to a signature. Since I normally don't bother with signatures, I just did a quick test with a simple test sig for each signature: "one" "two" and "three", so you might try that to verify whether or not account-assigned signatures are working at all. Also, I'm using an early version of WLM (without the ribbon).

Thanks, you're right. If I select the account on the left hand pane then "new message" the signature works perfect. I was selecting "new message" then on the drop down in the right corner selecting the account to send it from and this was buggering the signatures up.

Thanks Again
