Hello all, its been awhile for me and I need help.
My system specs are at the bottom tag.
Here is the issue: Windows Live Mail sends out spam/virus in the body of the mail.
I have 3 mail accounts but this self generating spam only comes from my msn account. All the spam uses my synced contact list and generates email and I'm pasting 1 of the spams message source:

I use MSE and i have the latest update, also I submitted a saved copy of the email to MMCP and Redmond scanned the email but came up with nothing definitive.
I've done 2 full scans with MSE and also Malaware and both AVG recognise no virus.
