So guys I recently downloaded the new version of windows live messenger because i did not know that there was a new version! So i started it up and logged in i get this error
Please can you help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Generally speaking, error code 8004005 means " access denied ". That you don't have proper privileges to do what you want.
Run a full virus scanning. It is possible your machine caught something.
Recommend that you use \malwarebytes to help you in that job. It is one of the best in the business.

1.You had installed a " new version " of live messenger. What year is that, 2011 ?
2. What year is your " old version " of live messenger, 2009 ?
3. How did you get the " old version " and how did you get the " new version " ?
By installing Windows Live Essentials or by installing the " standalone version " of windows live messenger ?
4. What did you do with the " old version " ?
