Windows no longer genuine, BIOS missing license

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and it was genuine for over a year and suddenly it is not genuine.

When I try activating with my key it said that the BIOS is missing a license.

Does anyone know why this is?

Is your copy of Windows really genuine or is it a warez copy that lost genuine status?
