Currently running in safe mode. Troubleshooting says SuperFetch not running. Tried various solutions found here but to no avail. Vista was replaced with Windows 7 about 6 months ago. Worked fine until last night after installing new wireless router and trying reload wireless printer. Unable to attach performance monitor report but BSOD files are attached.

Thanks for your help.

Due to the age of your hardware, I would suggest checking that it is compatible with Windows 7: Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs & Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads -> Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Also, make sure all Windows Updates are installed. I see Service Pack 1 is not installed yet.

Device Concerns:
Code:
avast! Network Shield Support	ROOT\LEGACY_ASWTDI\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Security Processor Loader Driver	ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

The above are likely a result of being in Safe Mode.

Software Concerns:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Smart PC Cleaner	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Smart PC Cleaner	Public

Analysis
Your BugChecks are all the same and indicate a corrupted Windows installation. You may be able to salvage it, but I have doubts. Still, we should try.

Smart PC Cleaner:

This appears to be a rogue antivirus/anti-malware/antispyware program that causes severe security vulnerabilities. I strongly urge you to start a thread regarding it in System Security | SevenForums

After multiple attempts at using scannow from windows and command prompt, it never got past number 39. Gave up and did a clean install of Windows 7. I then went through all my diagnostics. Found out that there was a hard drive problem that Seatools couldn't repair. Good news is the drive was still under warranty. Just received and installed refurbished drive and so far so good.
