Solved Windows Search finds unexisting files

Folder settings is set to show hidden files and folders and also I checked by disabling protect system files option.

I made a search in a folder to find some files with a specific extension. Some files, which I moved to another harddisk some time ago, showed up. I tried to delete them, they are not deletable because they are not there ("Could not find this item, locate and try again" error).

Now, what is the problem here? Windows Search Index or something else?

You could try rebuilding the index.
