windows seven repair not working

hi guys
I'm masa. I'm new here and I realy need ur help.
my windows7 does not boot up on my Acer laptop. I tried "repair ur computer" tool it brought me some options I tried all of them but all came with an unknown error except command prompt which since I didn't know how to use it I regretted using it and restarted the computer.
after that I tried "last known good configuration" it didn't work either.
also safe mode isn't working...
Now that I want to try "repair ur computer" again it's not working anymore. all I face is a black blank screen. and when this appears even restart doesn't work and I have to turn it off by the button.
I tried to make a system repair disk from my desktop computer wich it's seven too and put the disc on my lap top's driver. it boots and woks for a while and again all I face is the blank black screen except that this time there is a mouse on the screen but nothing else!
what else can I try? what can I do?

sorry, can u tell me which steps should I try on this tutorial? It seems a little complicated to me.
btw are all these caused by a malware? but I had an avast up-to-date antivirus installed. why wasn't it detected then.:huh:

When I enter safe mode it begans to work, and shows up "starting windows" after some minutes it restarts without entering safe mode.
When I go to repair it works for a while and brings me an empty black screen!

well I began the troubleshoot. in second step I downloaded windows defender offline/ wrote it on a disc put the disc on laptop and began to boot to the CD
after some minutes it showed me the first screen of windows "starting windows" and after a while it showed me a black blank screen whit a mouse button on it again!
