Here is what it's doing

Prior to joining this forum I have already performed the system startup repair, I've even ran the boot fix command after it was finished the promblem was gone.

But after restart problem camelback
After that I went into safe mode and performed a clean boot no success

Afterwards I went into safe mode once again I right click on the local disk and performed a Scheduled boot disk check to my surprise problem was gone but then again came back after reboot

Then I once again went into safe mode then performed a system boot defrag again problem went away but after reboot came back

I then selected boot from last good config went well but after restart came back

Lastly I selected start windows normally then again went away and came back

Once I started the pc and no problems occurred but after a 3rd reboot came back

Seems to only work correctly if I hibernate it

i feel as if heres definetly something in there thats not properly being detected

Hey guys I will be back home a bit later tonight to complete the last steps you guys recommended I will post the results as soon as I get a chance. If would really prefer pinpointing the actual problem from the description I provided above its just strange this behavior and difficult to pinpoint. I'd rather not Reformat, Repartion and Re install the operating system. But if it comes to that guess I don't have a choice

You replied to DSprague that you'd done the Repair in Post 12 but then described doing something else other than the repair given there.

Please go to the post and click on the blue link to read how to actually do the Repair Install rather than guess it's the same as Startup Repair.

This makes me wonder if you have even done the follow-up SFC yet, or actually went back to your oldest Restore Point. Troubleshooting these issues requires the utmost thoroughness without missing a single step. Ask if you have doubt.

Will Do i know i did some type of star-up Repair where i had to type Boot Fix using the seven disk or something like that, i will review post 12 and do that as well. Hopefully its nothing major ive had the pc running all day with no issues but then again i m sure to run into the black screen once i reboot Lol thanks. I will post the results as soon as i get a chance........

You are not running the commands from the DVD Command Line as I suggested in #28 and you said you would do in response. Then you make a video to show us that you hadn't done what you just acknowledged you would do.

I apologize just a bit tired but I will run the commands from the DVD as you stated the video is just for your review so you can see the actual problem as I stated I will read the post more thoroughly in the morning and follow it correctly I had a long day today as I drive a truck for a living and have been working since 1am

Please follow Greg's excellent advice.

Just a note here-in your video you mention Advanced System Care. This should be removed to eliminate a possible cause of corruption. Most "tune up" applications cause more harm than fixes to a system

The tweaking suite referred to above likely ruined your OS. What I would do if Startup Repair or SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot cannot repair the files after running each several times, is to follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall, deleting all partitions during install.

If you stick with the tools and methods given then you'll keep a perfect install. You could already have it done in the time you've spent trying to repair the OS you ruined with the XPired-era tweaking which Win7 will not tolerate.

Not sure what you mean about Xpried-era tweaking
