Windows start up screen skips? or is that part of it?

when the windows logo appears it makes a design and then says windows, but right before your desktop or username pops up it does a little skip. i can't explain it, but near the symbol it looks like it has a little blue line. Anyone know what im talking about. maybe u have to just look closely. its like a stutter, but its very minimal. Im assuming my 7 is installed correctly everythin works fine all my updates updated and everything im just wondering why it does that. is that part of the intro?

It's always done that for me with most of the builds. Nothing to worry about.

oh ok! lol wonder why they made that little stutter/ little blu line pop up near the logo though right before the desktop shows up thats strange. lol hopefully were talking about the same thing im assuming we are since u understood what i was saying.

Yeah, we're talking about the same thing. I don't think they made it intentional, just a little glitch or something.

oh ok. thats kind of weird. i wonder if they could fix it with an update? Have others mentioned this or am i the first?

I don't remember anyone mentioning it before...I suppose they could of fixed it long ago, as to why they never did, who knows. It's done that for me since using the Beta back in January.

oh ok. and you installed the final version yesterday? so if its still there then yea i guess they don't care much. wish i could take a screen cap to show people on here it too.

anyone else having this too. its as if the logo shakes and then the computer desktop starts up?
