Over the last couple weeks I have been having this problem where my PC hangs on the "Windows Starting" screen for around 60-90 seconds. I have experienced less than 30 seconds (usually around 5-10 seconds) over the past year. My PC specs are as follows:
Asus P8Z77-V LK
Intel i7-3770k
16GB Corsair Vengeance 2133 DDR3 (4X4GB)
MSI GTX670
Corsair HX1050Watt
Corsair Force 3 180GB
Using Windows 7 Pro 64bit then tried Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Any suggestions?
Any additional info that could help just let me know

I actually haven't done anything other than install a fresh copy of windows and do full driver updates and windows updates so I don't think it's startup processes or services
