Solved Windows System Repair Disc for 32-bit Windows 7

Hi All

I'm running 64-bit Windows and just created a System Repair Disc. Now the disc is labelled in "Computer" as Repair disc: Windows 7 64-bit. Will this work when using on a 32-bit system as well? Or do I need to create a system repair disc from a 32-bit Windows installation?

Hello Dave,

Yes, you will need to create a separate 32-bit System Repair Disc in a 32-bit Windows 7 to be able to use it on a 32-bit Windows 7. You will not be able to use 64-bit disc on 32-bit W7, or 32-bit disc on 64-bit W7.
