You have a number of errors in the CBS.log file...
e.g.

Code:

I've never seen this type of error before, from WU.
What surprises me is that CheckSUR is showing no equivalent problems.

Are you using any form of registry 'cleaner' or 'optimizer'?
What other Anti-Virus products have EVER been installed on this system?

You indicate that you have Win 7 Enterprise installed - where did you get this from?
To give us more data in the easiest way, please follow the instructions here - http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html - but just post the file in this thread.
With any luck it may give us some clues.

I think reinstalling is my best option at this point. I don't want to spend a too much time on this. Thanks for the assistance.

I wouldn't disagree with that decision!

Good luck with it.
