Windows Update Error Message 080070002 - sfc /scannow not working

Hi guys, since a few days im not able to search for any windows updates. i get the error message 08007002. i tried to follow all 4 (5) steps before posting here to help you to understand and analyze my problem. i downloaded and run SURT. But i can not complete second step as i get the following message with SFC Scan:

Windows Resource Protection Could Not Start the Repair Service im running windows 7 (german version) so i try my best to get the messages translated correctly. when trying to start Windows Modules Installer i get the following message: System Error 2. i tried to start it with cmd.exe and manually (services.msc), but since i get the mentioned error i cant run sfc /scannow.

I hope you can help me somehow to solve this mess...

System Error 2 is a 'File not found' error
Please download the Farbar Service Scanner from

Farbar Service Scanner Download

Right-click on the saved file and select 'Run as Administrator', and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.

How can i solve this problem? Zip? Split the .txt?

I've never seen a FSS report that long - it should be interesting!
