Windows Update Error on KB2962872 and KB3000061

Hi All,

I'm having some difficulty installing Windows Update KB2967872 (Cumulative security update for IE 11) and KB3000061 Security Update for Win 76 64bit machines.

The error code I am getting for the IE update is 8007054F
The error code I am getting for the Security Update KB3000061 is also 8007054F

Attached is my CBS file. I have ran the SURT tool, and sfc /scannow

Your SFC and CheckSUR are clear - but you have some major registry problems.
I suspect that your best/quickest solution is going to be a repair install of Windows.
