Solved Windows update fails to install IE10 after repair install

I did a repair install of W7 Ult. x64 SP1. Applied all updates, but if fails to install IE10 update :

(as you see it is a dutch version).

If have run sure & sfc /scannow. Both report no problems.
CBS files are attached.
Please help ?

Ok, it is working now. Steps I took :

1) Hide the update for IE10
2) Download and tried the installer for (my localized) IE10 : failed to install
3) Started windows update, suddenly there where 43 optional updates available including IE9
4) Installed all optional updates except IE9
5) Retried the installation of IE10 (not visible any more in updates) : succes
