windows update not working (win 7 home basic)

WIN 7 x64 Home Basic
Did clean install few times from restore partition on hard drive.
1. Windows update is not working. Error - "windows update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running. you may need to restart your computer."
2. Onscreen keyboard (and other accessiblity functions) not working. Error -c:\windows\system32\osk.exe, a referral was returned from the server.

Ran sfc in safe mode as administrator. Sfc could not repair damaged files.
Log file is attached.

Ran twice tweaking.com windows repair in safe mode.

The problem still exists.

Hi Ash,
Nothing wrong in that report at all.

The server referal error points towards a lack of access to it, is it your ISP's?, have you reset your ssid and password.

The Update error, service not started is spp??

For starters can you run the Windows update Troubleshooter, try updating again.

if that fails can you run/post the results from this link,

Ran the windows update troubleshooter. It said- everything corrected but the issue remains.

Hi Ash,
looks like youve got a bad set of Intel drivers,
follow this link and download the last set (4th blue box) iata.enu.exe

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22194.

Should get rid of all those errors in the Mgadiag, run it after installing the drivers, post results .
