Windows Update

Hello,
Windows updates are being installed, but very slowly and CPU loaded 100% with lot of memory used,
right now after 6 hours only 4 updates finished to download & install.
To show you how slow the download is, here is attached a small video (zipped file).
Large file from other sites are downloaded at reasonable time
Anything I can do to make it faster ?

With your system it will use most of your resources and run slow.
All you can do is just wait and let it complete.

set computer to sleep never. start windows updates & call it a night. They will be there in the morning.
