windows wont load if not on safe mode.

hello every one.
about a week ago i went on vacation and put my computer to sleep.
when i came back i saw it was off.

when i turn it on on normal i see the "starting windows" screen but what happens is that a second late my screen goes blue and says "no signal".

it only runs on safe mode.
what could be the problem and what should i do?
