bsod on every windows start-up. not on safe mode

please help me if you can understand what cause my computer to crush

on every time i turn on my computer, at the moment i see the windows desktop, i got bsod.
i tried to remove all usb, remove mouse and keyboard, remove graphic card and use the internal one,
also tried to remove memory from 4 slots and work with only one memory card.
i did system restore - nothing.
nothing works.

when i go to safe mode - everything just fine and i can see this massage:

UPDATE :

I have formatted my C drive and installed a fresh new copy of windows 7, now my compouter is clean
and i only installed the drivers for my mother board.

my computer was turned on for some hours (now i dont have the crush when the desktop in startup, but after some houres i got this BSOD once again..
i attached the files needed

It is Gigabyte On/Off Charger that caused the BSOD. And it is one of the most most problematic elements that one can have.

Uninstall Gigabyte App Center and all other gigabyte bloatware installed there.

I'd recommend you to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.

i'm not sure i understand, you are saying that the motherboard is dammaged? Physically?
or it is a software like virus or so that cause that and even if i install new hard drive with new windows it wont fix it ?

so what should i do first?
reinstall all of my motherboard drivers?
