HI All

So far this process has caused my new PC to crash about 3 times now both about two weeks apart does anyone know what here is my PC specs

Thanks removed logmein ran a malawaare scan and ran the sfc /scannow which did not find any integrty issues at all I have also run the update checker for Creative and installed any critical updates required.

will see if this happens again as I said its happens only say once a fornight or longer but this is driving me crazy.

The disk is Solid State and has been checked before but ill check it again and how do you know its hardware ? I cant see any indication of this in system event logs or device manager isnt displaying any issues.

This type of BSOD usually occurs due a fault in RAM/HDD, those should be tested

The Mem test ran for like 2 hours last night everything passed. Corsair confirmed that they had issues with earlier model drives but mine is a later model SSD and supposed to be fine according to them.

Ill see if they have a dignostic utility with the drive.
