Solved Winload.exe after power failure during return to factory setting

So as the title suggests, I was trying to return my computer to factory settings in the Advanced Recovery Methods.
Then the power went out, and it failed.
When I went to turn the computer on, I am presented with the winload.exe is missing or corrupt message.

So after many attempts to fix the problem myself, I have come here.

I've tried burning a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium on a disc and doing a clean install the HDD after formatting it on another computer.

I've tried repairing instead of a clean install using the above disc. That didn't work.

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum, but if anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry missed your post. Work through these steps for Overcoming Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums which overcome 90% of installation failures.

Take note that if the steps fail then it asks you to report back at exactly which install step it fails and any verbatim error message.

So I'm stuck at step 4. When using the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, I choose browse to select the ISO. It says "The selected file is not a valid ISO file. Please select a valid ISO file and try again.
The file is supposed to be Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I got it from Digital River. The file is X17-58997.iso

I only have a key for Windows 7 Home Premium x64, not SP1.

The key will work with Win7 w/SP1.

Download Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1 English Official ISO download again making sure it completes this time, then if Download Tool rejects it again use UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive or ImgBurn to burn to DVD at 4x speed.

I had to re-download it a couple of times for it to actually get the entire file for some reason. Now I got it to successfully burn using that application. Now installing Windows and it seems to be working right this time. I'll update later.

Make sure you stick closely to the tools and methods in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
to get and keep a perfect install.
