Hi, Please help me with this, I've been struggling for days.

I have a WiNTV HVR950. I have tried all the drivers for it, including the beta drivers. Right now I have it installed with 4.6a+, the newest non-beta drivers.

At first I was recieving Decoder Error, I installed Intervideo WinDVD for the decoder. The next issue was that during TV setup it does not pick up the analog cable [I have extended basic]

I have downloaded another program recommended by Hauppauge and it picked up the channels just fine. Also for media center and cable, they recommend doing a manual setup for the TV signal.

Where is this on the Win7 media center? its setup only asks if I accept the agreement, my zip code, then it downloads the TV guide and starts to auto-scan... right before it returns that "it could not determine my signal"

Please tell me how to get to a manual configuration page or how to solve this issue.

Thanks!

I have successfully used a 950 with three different MC7 builds. I always used the beta driver. I have never had the slightest problem with it. I suggest a fresh install of build 7100 and a fresh download of the 4.8a driver. If you specify the right analog lineup, it should work fine. You shouldn't need to add an analog channel if you specify the right lineup.

Bye.
