WinZip Pro, missing .chm file

I don't use WinZip myself, but maybe they did go to an alternate file.
What happens when you click "Help"? Does a help file open? If so, you're ok. If not, it might be looking for the .chm file, and obviously, it can't find it.

Thanks for the response. Yes, the Help menu does function. About 70% of the Help menu selections take you to their website, but there are a few application-based pop-up windows which open with some of these Help topics. I tried checking the WinZip website but unless you are a paying customer, you're pretty much stuck with their online FAQs and canned inquiries.
