Hi.
I have this notebook & I can't access my wireless networking.
here are more details:
This thing has an internal wireless device, right?
when I turn it on on keyboard (Fn + F2), bluetooth works, but no wireless adapter:mad:
when it's turned on, I go to network & sharing settings, on the left side, there is no sign of wireless sth like "manage wireless networks"...!!!
I've tried 5 type of drivers, all 4 this notebook.
please help, I'll be thankful, If you DO!
In addition, my OS is win 7 ultimate x64 & I'd been using wireless before the last change of OS from x86 to x64... is it the problem?:sleepy:

Hi Mohammad105,

This is Bharath from Dell Social Media and Communities team.

Regarding the issue you have mentioned, i suggest you to please check in BIOS (Press F2 at start up at the dell logo screen) and check if the wireless option is enabled or to turn on. Ensuring this would ultimately fix the issue. Ideally Fn+F2 should switch on the wireless adapter.
Alternatively, wireless option would not be available if you attach a RJ cable for the internet.
Also please check under device manager if your network card is been detected or not, it should show up as network adapters or network controllers.

Kindly revert for further clarifications.
