Wireless status says "Internet Access" but cannot browse any website.

Hi there,

My wireless connection has stopped working properly since yesterday evening. The wireless status still says 'Internet Access' but I cannot browse any website and I got this instead: http://i.imgur.com/LgG3ZJ1.png

It stays like that for about 20-30 minutes and then reset and displays that page again.
What's strange is that I can still use (as far as I know) 2 of my programs that require Internet connection: Steam and Garena Plus. However,I cannot connect to any of the games (Dota 2 and League of Legends respectively). And windows diagnostic tools can't identify the problem.

This is the first time I've had this problem and I have tried rebooting the modem but to no avail.
I'm using a Dodo router.

Please help me if possible.Thank you in advance.

I have followed all the steps and the only light that is red is the phone light. I'm still able to use programs like Steam,Yahoo,Skype, etc but not browsing the web.

I've tried in Safe mode with networking and turned off all firewalls/antivirus.

My phone and my tablet also have the same problem.

Seeing as other Devices have the same issue ... The problem must be with your Router ...

Think your best Option would be to contact Dodo Tech Support

Try disabling router firewall as a diagnostic step and see if it will work. If not, try a factory reset of the router (check manual, possibly a pushpin on the back you need to push in a certain way).

Hi there.

Sorry for the delay but I've found something new. Today I tried using a VPN connection and I can now access any website normally.

Can you tell me what is the problem and how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Did you try my post #9?

With a VPN you are bypassing certain features of the router and your ISP and connect directly to a VPN server (create a tunnel in between the 2 devices - your network adapter and VPN Server).
