Solved WLE 2011 won't Install

I've tried restarting, nothing seems to work

I would try anything that has to do with Windows Live.

Okay so....uh...it shows that it's installed in the Start Menu, and it works...but it doesn't show it installed in Revo or Windows A/R.

Deleted them all using the Clean-Up tool, but they still show up

I get error 0x80070643 now

I tried DLing it from the site, from FileHippo, nothing works. I'm going to Restore my PC and see what happens

Did a complete Factory Restore. Normally I'll run Norton Removal Tool, Install NAV 2011, Comodo Firewall, PC Decrapifier, then start putting my programs and songs on here. WLE was the very first thing I did and it worked. Now begins the 90 minute task of re-installing 7 SP1
