Solved WLXPhotoGallery.exe problem

WLXPhotoGallery.exe
The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your
computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I really don't know what to do and need help.

You probably need to install Visual C++ Redistributable which you can download from Microsoft just make sure to download the right one for your OS

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center
