WMC Connecting/Extender issue

Just spent the day ( 4 hrs ) , with the Telus Premium care techs , great service they went thru everything again and more that i had missed .

Re-config'd the routers , everything . The only stream we could get was with the Zune, when i got Zune running before the tech call , music was streamed properly but not pics. Now pics are there as well . The only thing is that there loaded into regular Xbox plain libraries and not the flashy Zune app. On my Xbox the Zune is like a Netflix , just movies and tv for $$ , and on my pc its just the personal library media player .

Can you DL the pc style version of Zune on Xbox or is the default xbox libraries all you get without having WMC working ....?

I honestly don't know mate, I don't use Zune, I use windows folder view, or WMC, but the xbox is supposed to be a proper extender and i've not had any problems with it running most things in my library, I think we need to find someone who has Zune and see what options you have in regards to playback applications within the Xbox interface.

For sure , for now if WMC is gonna be that much grief ( got my 3 D-Link IP cams working today , and there the worst to config ) im going on the Zune hunt to see if im able to install the PC Zune player on the Xbox or im stuck in lame default xbox libraries ....

Looks like standard xbox interface to me...

No im not getting that , thats all i want . All my streamed media from pc is nice Zune interface/graphics that end up on xbox in default lame xbox music , pic and video libraries ... thats all i ask !! heh
