I have a Ceton TV cable card installed in my computer. When I installed additional RAM I could no longer access my premium channels or recordings. Comcast, Geek Squad and MS forums worked on problem but I have to reinstall Windows 7 and WMC because PlayReady will not reinstall. Do I have to worry about any automatic interference from Microsoft installing Windows 10? I do not want Windows 10 right now because Windows Media Center is not included.
Thanks for your help

I do not believe so. The Geek Squad tech was working on my computer via remote control for around four hours so I'm not sure but I do not think so. Anyway I checked Device Manager. The card is working correctly. The explanation I received was something like the added RAM changed the frequency. It is still difficult for me to believe but with all efforts and attempts being made putting in everything fresh looks like my best bet. I don't like to do such a drastic action but I have no choice. Thanks for your comments I will make sure I follow them.
