Cruising through my WMP 12 Library, I come to a very large section containing native sounds from the operating system (see attachment). They were originally in the Unknown Artist, Unknown Album category. I renamed them Windows Sounds, as I frequently add to my library and have to edit to create new albums.
About a year ago I transferred a large amount of audio files from another PC and ended up with a lot of duplicates. To fix that I did a full library reset.
I don't know when the windows items started showing up though (Pre or Post-reset?)
I'm afraid to delete them cause whenever I delete a song it automatically deletes from WMP and the computer and I don't want that.
Your help will be appreciated.
