I'm trying to add files to my music library in Windows Media Player but my library remains empty because every folder I choose is "unresponsive". I'm using Home Premium Edition and IE9. I hope the image I have uploaded explains what I'm talking about but in case it doesn't:
I'm in WMP - Music Library
click "organize" - "manage libraries" - "music"
and this brings me to the screen which reads, "change how this library gathers it's contents"
but (as the image illustrates) all of the folders are unresponsive.
Can anyone tell me why these folders are being so uncooperative?
Thank you
