Wmploc.dll for a version of wmp help.

Hello im new here. I need help..I've been looking all over the internet for a specific WMP version's wmploc.dll. I can't find it anywhere. Here are some screenshots.

I have windows 7 but my wmp doesn't look like this. Does anyone know what version this is? If someone has this version can they please give me the wmploc.dll for it? Please?
