Its eating up my resources and i cant stop it, i tried end task but it just comes back again, tried turning off stream sharing in wmp and its turned off in adv sharing settings. How can i stop this from tuning on tho i dont want to make it to much of a hassle because i like using it but when i wanna play a game or something its just eh so slow.

I think that is part of windows media center.
Type msconfig in search, to to services and untick, Windows media center.
See if that works. If not put the tick back
