It seems I'm missing a Margin Option.

The Margin options available are:
Normal
Narrow
Moderate
Wide
Mirrored
Office 2003 Default
I'm missing the Office 2003 Default Margin Option.

I called Microsoft and was told the option was discontinued but yet the option is clearly noticeable from this link:

Change page margins - Word - Office.com

Anyone else having this problem?

My Word 2010 does not have the 'Office 2003 default' either.

However, should you require that, you could create a custom one, using the defaults shown in the illustration in your link. :)

Yeah, that's what I have been doing; however, I've been upgrading my computer skills and when I informed our instructor of this....I wasn't believed...the instructor keeps insisting on my version of Word is a "watered down" version.

I am running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 and I am sure that it's not a 'watered down' version.

Maybe your instructor is running an 'older' version. ;)

That's the version I'm running.
My instructor stated the company she works for upgraded her system and I figured that's why she does have that margin option, so yes, an older version does make sense.

Are there 2 different versions of Office, as in older and newer 2010?

Mine was supplied through a volume licence a year or so ago. All updates are applied, so I would expect to have the latest version. Unfortunately I am unable to explain further. :)
