Hi, Recd this error msg when I tried use Menus below which are linked to "bookmark subjects" below in a Word.doc.

Hi, Recd this error msg when I tried use Menus below which are linked to "bookmark subjects" below in a Word.doc."This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator."
Anyone know what "restrictions" would cause this & how I could get the menus working again as they have been for at least 10+ yrs?
