You are bumping your thread after 45 minutes? Not nice, some other members might be forced to wait for days before they get an answer. Literally thousands of new questions every day, you need to have a bit patience.

That being said, the graphics driver in all Virtual PC virtual machines is an emulated S3 trio. It is very basic, simply not enough for gaming or for some GFX heavy applications.

There's no way you can replace it and use another GFX adapter, for instance your host computer's graphics simply cannot be used on a VPC virtual machine.

As the emulated S3 Trio GFX adapter only uses 16 bit colors when Virtual PC integration is enabled, you might want to follow instructions in this thread to get some more colors: http://www.sevenforums.com/virtualization/32942-i-got-xp-mode-display-24-bit-color-integration.html

The integration device issue is a non-issue. Here's the same question in another thread, and my answer to it:

This screen shot on my XP Mode at Device Manager
Virtual PC Integration Device - Missing

Help me for this problem..

It is completely normal, not a problem. There are no drivers to this Virtual PC Integration Device.

When you boot a Virtual PC machine, your host (Windows 7) thinks you are creating a Remote Desktop Connection. Some really confusing terminology: You use a Client computer (host machine, Windows 7) to connect to a remote Host computer (virtual guest machine, XP Mode). For these two computers / machines to be able to communicate, Windows creates a so called VPC Bus (Virtual PC Host Bus Service) between the two computers, in your case between the Windows 7 and XP Mode.

Each time these buses are created, they can be seen in virtual machine's Device Manager. They need to be there, but because they are not device drivers per se, you'll see the exclamation marks. Let them just stay there, don't try to remove and / or disable them.

If you right click one of these Virtual PC Integration Devices and choose Properties from context menu, you will see that the Device Status is "This device is working properly".

More about Remote Desktop Connection: open the Windows Help & Support, type Remote Desktop to search field and hit Enter. Choose Remote Desktop Connection: frequently asked questions.

P Mode with 32 bit color + integration is possible!
I found an easier way to get 24 bit colors with integration on here.
1. Run regedit in XP.
2. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services].
3. Add a DWORD Value named "ColorDepth" w/o parenthesis.
4. Right-click it, modify, then put "4" in the Value data.
5. Restart XP mode.

This did not work
