Solved Youtube Fullscreening on only 1 monitor

I have dual screen, and it used to be that when I would fullscreen a youtube video, it would appear on whichever screen the browser window (chrome) was in at the time. Now it automatically switches to the primary screen. It also used to stay fullscreened when I clicked on a different window. Now it closes the fullscreen when I click somewhere else.

The only change I made which might relate to this problem in any way was when I configured a particular Steam game to full screen on the secondary. Other than that, I cannot imagine what might have caused this change.

See if the issue is with other browsers too.
It could be a flash setting.

It works fine in IE. How do you change flash settings in chrome?

Sorry, I don't use Chrome.

I figured it out.

Type "Chrome://Plugins" (no quotes) into the URL box, find the flash player plugin, and click "Details" on the right side. Disable Chrome's internal Flash Plugins and enable Windows' Flash Plugin.
