"ZCVEN" system file in root; what is it?

Hi, just the other day I made a fresh Windows installation from a clean official ISO and after applying all the updates, installing my drivers and then making a clone with CloneZilla I noticed that the root of the system drive had (among the usual bootmgr, bootsect.bak, hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys) also a file by the name of ZCVEN (without any extension). It is listed as a system file and there is no other information about it under Properties. What is most suspicious is that I cannot find any information about this file on Google either.
It's not so much that I am worried that it is a virus as much as I am curious now just what exactly it is, and if it's safe to remove it. The file size is 407 KB and has a modified date just several hours after the rest of the system files.

I looked on my brother's laptop who made an installation from the same ISO file and he has a similar file called "LZJWE" only slightly smaller in size, so likely the file name is randomly generated. At this point I am just wondering if this is a part of Windows or created by some other software.

Thanks for any insight

Sounds like some kind of malware to me.

Where did you get the ISO. I know you said official, but where did you download it from.

I believe I got it from digitalriver back when they still hosted the ISO's.

From what I could find online those hashes seem legit. So I don't think the ISO is to blame.
