Zune 3.1 working on windows 7 ?

Hello all,
i have the zune 30Gb, i have try to install the new software 3.1 & to work with it but with no success.
What happen is that i need to run zune software as administrator first & then to connect my zune, but when i do so the zune software get freeze ! & i have to shut down ( Ctrl+Alt+Del) the zune software.
in the device manager is see it as portable device .
anybody know what do do with this issue or how it can be fixed?

I have the Windows 7 x64 Version and installed the Zune 3.1 x64 Edition. The software itself is working fine but if I try to sync my Zune after some few seconds the Software gives an error and the Zune is not really disconnected but the Zune Software can't find/use it anymore until I replug the USB-cable. But then again after some seconds no sync is possible. I didn't had this issue with XP x32. I also tried the "Vista Compatibility Mode" and "Run as Administrator". If I click on "Stop Sync" very fast, then it seems there is no issue, but soon after clicking on Sync the error pops up again.

change d compatibility to xp sp3/sp2/sp1 each time n see if this works
