Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Normally in the BIOS advanced settings, but from the looks of your screenshot... your CPU does not support it. (if I'm reading that right)

Indeed, as per Intel (they call it Intel VT-x):
Intel® Core)

That CPU does not support hardware virtualization.
