I tried both methods. I burned a new DVD by using that ISO burner and I also tried that USB thing (ofc I changed from the BIOS to boot from USB when trying boot from memory stick). Anyway, still the same problem.. Maybe something has broken inside of the computer. However, after I booted from a DVD, appeared a black window for 15min. After that came a text in which read something like: "If you have taken a USB device away from the computer and shut it after it, please insert the usb device back and restart computer. If this text shows up again, please contact to some system information".
I used USB modem in my computer, so I plugged it back and restarted computer. However, it doesn't affect in any way.

Maybe it is time to test the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) find your manufacturer at the link below and run a diagnostic of the HDD.

    I checked my ram -> it's fine.
I checked hard drive -> it's fine too.

When I try to turn on command prompt with or without Boot DVD -> only black screen appears and nothing happens (maybe the same text "If you have taken a USB device away..." will show up again.

And still, if I just let windows to start up normally, it ends up with a blue wallpaper and a cursor.

It seems that my computer is really messed up.

    EDIT:

This is the message that shows up after booting:

"Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected
    to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing.

Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

    File: \Boot\BCD

    Status: 0xc00000e9

Info: An unexpected i/o error has occurred"

If you wiped your HD using tutorial given earlier then you should not get that error message.

Try booting the DVD using one-time BIOS boot menu key given on first boot screen: Asus - F8
    HP/Compaq - Esc
    Sony - F2
    Acer - F2
    Gateway - F10
    eMachnes - F10
    Toshiba - F12
    Dell - F12
IBM/Lenovo - the blue Thinkvantage button

If you still can't boot the DVD to wipe the HD, then burn to CD free Partition Wizard bootable CD which will autostart to wipe the HD. Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

I managed to get computer booted by this guide System Repair Disc - Create.

But now the new problem is that the installing goes fine until comes this screen:
    http://netdna.mytechguide.org/wp-con...ir-options.png

I can't see there any operating systems on the list and I can't press Load drivers or next or anything. The installation freezes and just starts to load and loading bar won't stop. I had it loading like for 10 hours, but nothing happened. I also tried 2 different DVDs and 1 CD. Still no effect.

    EDIT:

When I boot my computer I sometimes get a screen in which reads:

    "File: \boot\memtest.exe
    Status: 0xc00000f
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt"

I checked ram and it's fine.

    Hello.

You are supposed to use the system repair CD disk to use Method Two of the tutorial at the link below to do a wipe to the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) so that you can continue to install Windows after the "Clean All" finishes.

Yes I tried those, but I can't move forward in installation because this happens:
    http://img821.imageshack.us/img821/3...ngbarstuck.jpg
The damn loading bar won't go away!! It's have been loading over 10hours!

Doesn't matter what key I press from keyboard or click with mouse, nothing happens!
All I can do is shut down computer by power button and do it again. If I use safemode or normal windows start it ends up with the same screen. I also tried run Safemode + Command Prompt option... Still same.

    EDIT:

    Okay I made start-Up Test

    Memory Test: Passed
    Smart Check: Passed
    Short DST: Failed

    Start-Up Test: FAILED

Okay it says that HARD DISK 1 fails all the time. Seems it's ****ed up... So the only way seems to be that I sent the computer for repairing.
