Hello, I bought a Razer Naga a week ago and I seem to be having problems with it a lot during that week.
The problems I am getting are blue screen errors, and I have not been getting these only since I bought the new mouse. First was when I was playing WoW, and suddenly, when I clicked the left mouse button it minimized the game, and I realized I couldn't press anything with my left button except the task bar, then a few seconds later I got a blue screen of death. Then a few days later, I was just browsing through the my pc, going through my files, then again my left mouse button wasn't working, got a Blue screen of death again.
Just now I was playing WoW and my game just froze (I think it was when I clicked the bottom left button where, the back and forward button) It's what I use to get on my mounts in game, Please don't just say it's because of the macro keys, because like I mentioned above it did it just on my desktop. Plus I do have the latest drivers/software, so could you please help with my problem.

OK, this is a recent update (I posted this on a wrong forum, so updating while I can) I went to event viewer, and I noticed the problem was with my graphics card driver, so I've uninstalled, used DriverSweeper to get rid of anything, and re-installed just incase it could be a problem with just the GPU drivers.

But on the earlier BSOD's I am not sure if was because of my GPU drivers, this is why I need anyones help with my problem here.

I will put 2 BSOD memory dumps inside the zip, please check both.

These two had different causes, but both were related to your vidoe dirver. I would un-install the current driver completely and download a fresh copy

Can anyone else help me with this situation at all? I'm just wondering what ntkrnlpa is, and how it could be related or causing that BSOD that I got?

Ok, I know this is quite an old post of mine. Re-installing the drivers fixed the problem. But four days ago, I alt tabbed out of WoW, back again and my PC crashed and got a BSOD, and just now, went afk for 5 minutes and got a quick BSOD. Could anyone check the .DMP files for me? Also could it mean that my drivers are broken again because of the Alt-Tab error?

By the way this is the error i've been getting 0x0000000a, just incase that would help.
