tiny dots over icons

I'm attaching a screenshot of my problem. I read something somewhere about how to delete it, but at that particular moment i didn't have any problems with them, now they are on all my icons, so how do i delete it?

This is called a "focus rectangle" and marks the current icon on the Desktop. Only one icon should have that though at any given time. Try moving between icons with the arrow keys. This may help clear the problem. Also logging off might help.

I wasn't clear enough... Not on all at one time, what i wan't to say is it can happen to all of icons. Moving doesn't helps, what helps is right click on desktop and refresh, but i don't wan't to do it all the time... I'm looking for solution on how to remove this thing, and i mean permanently, not until next click/relog/reboot or something.

I don't think you can disable that. It is your keyboard cursor. It only appears when you use the keyboard on the Desktop. Don't use the keyboard -> no cursor.

Desktop icons have become tiny

Anyone know how to get rid of these dots?!?!?
I realize this might be a dumb thing to nitpick about, but it's always been like this for me at least since Windows XP. When I click on the desktop, the icon that was last clicked on or if there's just one icon on the desktop then that one, it gets a little dotted outline around it. There must be a...
