Use these default paths and registry keys to restore the separately pathed Startup folders

Startup Folders:

You: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
All: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Default Registry Keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders]
"Startup"="C:\\Users\\YOURNAME\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Startup"
Location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
Key: Startup String: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
