Upgrade from win7x86 to win8 !!

hello everyone,

I was using Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit on Dell N5010..Today i installed win 8 (upgraded ver. of win 7 x86). Everything went fine. At the final moments when it read " Applying xtreme core 2 system), i accidently pressed the esc key...The comp restarted ..Now when it boots it reaches the login screen, with a message starting services....and again the system restarts....I have tried all safe modes and etc but m still stuck....i neither can resinstall after the computer restartts nor i can do is anything....Just the laptop keep on restarting....I only got the free dos cd with me...and window installation dvd.....Plz people help me out !!

Windows 8??? ... Download HirensBoot CD.. burn it to CD... Boot from CD and use one of the included format utilities to format your drive, then boot from your installation DVD and do a clean install...

It is written that it is final upgraded ultimate ver of win 7 !! actually dunt have much idea...saw it on a dvd store..bought it to try that out !!

This Win8 is just a modded illegal version of Windows 7 Ultimate with some custom themes and apps.
Its against the forums rules to discuss about illegal versions of Windows 7

Windows 8 hasn't even reached Alpha testing. In fact, I don't think it's even reached Milestone 2 (M2) yet.

If someone has given/sold you a copy of Windows 8, then you have a lemon. Get rid of it, because you have zero idea of what malware hacks exist therin that you wouldn't want...

Reminds me of some computer retailers here in South Africa that "skinned" Windows XP to look like Vista, and sold computers to customers claiming that it had Vista preloaded...
