SOLVED: I Want to REMOVE Upload Center from 2010

How can I remove (as in delete, wipe forever, never to find a trace) the Upload Center from my Win 7 Office 2010 Pro Plus?

Don't need answers to hide it or disable it, already can do that. I want it gone forever. How do I do that? (I'm comfortable doing reg edits.)
